This site does not host any court records, jail rosters, warrant data, marriage records, divorce records, probate files, or vital records. Court records maintained by the Clerk of Superior Court are addressed by N.C.G.S. 7A-109, and county agency records are generally addressed by N.C.G.S. 132-1. We point you to the offices that do hold those records. To get an actual document, you have to request it from the issuing office.
